It's that time of the week again! Thursday 5! <3
This weeks words are:
Irresistible
Positive
Successful
Vibrant
Glorious
A got off work early a few days ago & surprised with my favorite flowers (orange & yellow tulips)!! He certainly knows how to be incredibly irresistible. (: I love it when he does small things to show that he loves me! (:

One thing about me- I always think someone is going to break in & kidnap me... and last night I woke A up in the middle night freaking out. I really thought someone was trying to break in. Thank god he's always so positive so I didn't end up having a panic attack. After he checked the apartment for 'bad guys' he came back in the room with a broom (my new weapon) so I could sleep better.

bad guys, BEWARE!
I attempted to make A's favorite dinner dish, stuffed shells (for the first time). I was a bit scared to take that first bite, but I was definitely successful & he was surprised! yummy tummy!

We have LOTS of leftovers!
For all of you who know, Little Einstein Man (my fishy fish), he is doing absolutely wonderful! He's always so vibrant & happy. He's still a little fat man... lol (: But I'm glad he survived that crazy 5 day road trip all the way up here!

I love my Little Einstein Man! (:
The most glorious part about living at Hollandale is definitely the lake. It's so peaceful & nature-filled (: A & I fed some geese & a couple of ducks & they were so funny! One of the geese hissed at A like crazy... I couldn't stop laughing!

I think that A is traumatized haha (:

HAHAHAHAAHHA I can see him running from a goose!

ReplyDeleteDo you live in Hollandale apartments in Clifton Park NY? I'm from that area originally (I'm assuming your sailor is stationed at the Nuc Reactor in Milton NY?) If you have any questions about all the amazing things to do in NY, let me know! I'm so jealous you're in my old home :(
ReplyDeleteawwww!! Thats so crazy!! :D Yeah, we DO live in Hollandale... its absolutely amazing!! (: He's actually station at the plant in Ballston Spa... only for like 9 months.
ReplyDeletesmall world! :D
It is, it is :) I found you through Ashley's blog. I saw she mentioned a few times that you were dating a sailor, so I clicked on your blog, and I was like hey, thats NY :)
ReplyDeleteMake sure you check out Saratoga (that's where I am from) and Lake George. There are all kind of fun things to do in both places! There is a really yummy Mexican place in Lk George on the main street I highly recommend. And you have to go to Manginos on Saratoga Lake for some Italian... and if you like steaks, go to Cliffs (also near Saratoga Lake) They have the best prime rib EVER!
Thank you! :D I definitely will! We've been hearing about a Mexican place called Panchos... but we haven't found it yet, so maybe we'll check out the place in Lk George (we've been planning on going there soon) :D
ReplyDeleteI really love it here & part of my wishes that we didn't have to move eventually. But theres much more of the world to see :D
